An extremely spacious, modern, two bedroom, split level first and second floor apartment located in the heart of Chichester – within a ten second walk of the cathedral. This is a brand new apartment, decorated in a contemporary style and equipped to an extremely high standard. The apartment also benefits from an allocated off street parking space for one vehicle.
This is a very large property, with bedrooms and bathrooms arranged on separate floors, thereby providing a high degree of privacy for two colleagues sharing.
Both spacious bedrooms feature king sized beds with supremely comfortable pocket sprung mattresses.
The first floor private bathroom features a bath with shower over, and the ensuite bathroom on the second floor includes a bath with hand held shower attachment.
There is a delightful open plan living / kitchen / dining room on the first floor. The apartment is equipped with a 40” TV with Freeview and Now TV (Sky Movies package included). Free designated wireless internet access is also provided, as is a landline telephone with inclusive calls package.
The property is located in the heart of the city centre, so you will hear the bells of the cathedral. Aside from that, the apartment is surprisingly quiet!
The modern kitchen is fully equipped with cooking facilities, and includes a dishwasher, separate fridge and freezer. The separate utility room includes a washer dryer, as well as iron and ironing board.

Chapel Street Apartment 8 : Access Considerations
Before booking to stay at any of our apartments, please check that the accommodation meets your access needs.
The fire alarm system at all Chichester Apartments operates using an audible alert system. Unfortunately this means that we cannot accommodate unaccompanied guests with severe hearing difficulties, as there is no safe way to warn you of danger in the event of fire.
Entrance to the building is located at street level. The split level apartment is located on the first and second floors of the building.
Parking for one vehicle is provided in the bay marked number 8 at the rear of the property.
The apartment is a two bedroom maisonette (duplex), with one bedroom, bathroom and living area on the first floor floor, and a further bedroom with ensuite bathroom on the second floor.
Please note that access to the first floor is via a staircase There is a solid handrail on the right hand side of the staircase.
The stairway is illuminated by hallway lighting, activated by switches on the ground floor and first floor of the apartment.
In the first floor bathroom, there is a bath with shower over. You will need to be able to enter the bath in order to take a shower. In the second floor bathroom there is a bath with hand held shower attachment.
